Report on VIPASHYIN'13
MBA , Management Fest, Geethanjali
College Of Engineering And Technology saw hectic activity on the campus this
week start with a plethora of events, discussions, and inter-college
competitions at the Annual Management Fest ‘Vipashyin'13’ for
the first time in GCET. The fest was organized in association with
MAAP TRAVELS. With participation from the top B-schools including the IPE,
experienced judges from best-in-class companies in each domain and exciting
prizes, on that day extravaganza had the campus abuzz with activity.
The inauguration ceremony of Vipashyin'13 was
attended and opening address was given by Dr.Udaya Kumar Susarla (Principal,GCET)
In the open auditorium of our College.
The Young flagship event – ‘Young Manager’ continued
to capture interest of students across campuses. After finding their way
through a liability of events across various management domains, finalists in the
event to win the title of “Young Manager”.
The Consulting
club presented Game of Memory, a strategy event that sought out to
challenge every budding consultant worth his or her salt to stand an efficient
Management student.
The event saw participation from more than 400+
students belonging to both UG and PG colleges and was thoroughly appreciated by
all. The Entrepreneurship Cell launched by Sir Y.Srinivas (Centre
Director, CMC Limited) which is sponsored by AICTE.
Alongside, the fun never stopped with Informal
Events and Cultural events like Business Quiz, Treasure Hunt, Memory
Game, Talent Show and many more. A major attraction was the Memory Game was a
short-lived memorized based game which took a major part in the Fest.
The festival ended with a technical and informative management talk by Sir
Y.Srinivas. With that VIPASHYIN 2K13 came to an end with the winners walking
away with bulky cheques, while the other participants raked in vouchers and
goodies provided by our various sponsors.
